I took Jamie in to One Day School yesterday. There was a white board which he had to read and is something everyone has to read when they arrive. On it was explained the theme for the term and the day's agenda/schedule. It also welcomed Jamie from Southbridge to the school. He was so happy to be there, beaming from ear to ear.
I went off back to work and then went to pick him up in the afternoon. The teacher said Jamie was bored for most of the day. This she believed was down to the way they think or get students to think there and Jamie, having just started out, hasn't got the hang of it all and it was all new and different. Anyway, apart from the boredom, Jamie seemed to enjoy himself. We shall see later how he progresses. It may be awful for him. I've scanned the agenda (see the above link) so you can see what they're teaching these 'freaks of nature'.

Pffff... heavy stuff for a kid. Even when he is brainy. And don't you dare calling him a freak of nature! Shame on you Peter Morris! ;-) I bet you just feel very insecure around his genius. Don't make it HIS problem. :-)
